Everything was fantastic, attentive staff, unbeatable location close to the famous "zlatni rat" and the city center and beach and shops. The room was tastefully decorated, stylish and with a balcony. Had a shower, hairdryers, and bathrobes in the bathroom: )

This hotel might have great views, but don't be fooled. The breakfast jams aren't homemade but rather Tiptree jams from the grocery store-so artisanal! I also had to chase down waiters for coffee, like a beggar. I expected a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but it seems I'm just another guest after all. Almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

great service but some small room issues
The staff members were really good! The rooftop terrace with its amazing views was the highlight, especially at sunset. We found the cleanliness of the hotel great.
The room could have used better soundproofing as we occasionally heard noise from the neighboring rooms.

The first night was a struggle with noise from the interconnecting doors. If you're sensitive, request a room without one. Prepare for a bit of a trek with luggage, as there's no shuttle from the ferry pier. The breakfast could use more attentive service-good luck flagging down waitstaff, which can take away from a leisurely meal. And while the location is beautiful, the elevated setting means be ready for some cardio whenever you head into town. Lastly, the limited shaded areas by the rooftop pool can leave you wishing for some reprieve from the sun.
